Our Inspiration A major hospitality brand was struggling with ServiceNow. Lots of development with little thought to architecture or outcomes. Add vision, add inspiration and a complete re-architecture was undertaken, carefully re-designing and deploying solutions for IT, financial shared services (AP, AR, collections, property management), HR, payroll, and customer experience management. 75% of all transactions on the platform are now non-IT related.
